Hello mates, I am a full time IT security professional from a so called highly developed country, who charges me more than 35% of income tax.
Although my salary is good and I’m working in one of the world’s most renouned company, I am so tired of working as a corporate slave and paying high tax for nothing.

I am trying to find a way to do something by myself and relocate to some developing country with less stress.

As for the bHw, I am a really old follower of this forum, but never happened to open an account. So ya I’m an old newbie and looking forward to have your support to stay outta corporate life.

Any countries in mind?

Thailand or Vietnam appeal ?

Hi OP, may i know where u from and welcome to BHW :)

Welcome. Is the stress you talking only because of more tax in that developed country ?

No it's not about tax matter really, it’s kinda related to everything. Working my ass off! for others ( corporate robbers) and then get nothing special for that is the most stressfull matter.
By nothing I mean next to nothing, all taken by either the system or society.

You know what you're doing, find sites in your area and see if their security could be improved, contact them explaining how vulnerable they are, scare them a bit for effect and offer a service

Hello Luma66,
It's nice to have You here, welcome & best of luck with Your goals!

There are a bunch of developing countries you could consider.
But before that you'll need a lot of research which includes Culture, people, law of the land, opportunities for yourself, real estate, education system (if you are married) politics, finance system etc
I'd say it will be a big leap migrating from your motherland to some other unknown country just because of taxation, office politics and couple of rotten apples.
Have you considered migrating from one state to other?
I had similar problems, I wasn't doing well both professionally and personally. I switched from one state to the other, came to Delhi, which is the capital of India. Met many like minded people and things changed. Some good some bad but sure better than my birthplace. It feels good to return home and I sure I miss it a lot But If I had to leave my country, I don't think I'll be able to do that.
But I do not know the gravity of your situation, so please just take this as an opinion. Just another guy, speaking his mind.
Take care and best wishes in finding whatever it is you desire!

I know the struggle, man. Used to be a software developer for 10 years, but it just was too much. Annoying coworkers, long hours, although good salary, but it just wasn't worth the emotional and physical unhappiness.

I can tell you that switching to internet marketing has been one of the best decisions in my life. I'd advise you to read the Making Money section of this forum and pick something you consider interesting, then scale it. Sky is(n't) the limit.

Ya man, these shitty experience cannot be described in word. I am ready change my career path. I really don’t wanna use my brain for noisy bosses and brainless coworkers.
