Hey your management fee for vps is $17.99 monthly which is almost 200% more than the actual cost of the VPS you advertise? Is there any discount for this?

As far as what rajsinhahyd is posting, I'm not sure at all what the user is talking about. The servers are all online, we had a brief outage yesterday due to a Firewall issue only on one server. Again, if you're seeing issues please email our support that way we can help you with your issues. The servers are online, nothing is wrong with the service at all. This seems to be just your domains that are having issues which we are more than glad to help with.

The managed fee is the cPanel/WHM license which cannot be reduced in price as that is what we get them for. We're just passing along the cost. You're more than welcome to get a cPanel licenses from another service and add it though if you find it cheaper.

Ok, so it's .99 per month and there are no other charges right, because some one was discussing other charges like C-panel.

Yes, it's .99/month with the discount. Shared accounts come with cPanel access. If you want cPanel on your VPS, there is a licenses fee of $17.99/month. You're more than welcome to bring your own licenses if you wish.
