i want to create a website like ad.fly, i used yourls theme to make a website like that, and i was successful in making my own shortener, but my main problem is i can't add anythin my my shortener, like ad.fly have ads and skip button, but my don't, how can i make it....????

I think you nedd to hire a web developer in order to build a site like this as it requires programming and graphic designing to create and maintain a website. You can learn about web development as well if you want to become a developer. There are online courses present which you can attend for this purpose!
