I really don't know these days people selling those Twitter Followers cheap like that,

I only get them like 1$ per 1K twitter followers

Just stupid social panels, that don't accept paypal, they are just "off the shelf" smm panels people are reselling.

Used to be able to go on seoclerks or here, and get thousands of fake followers to bump a follower count. Why not now??

It's easier to market to real people when you already have a few hundred or a few thousand followers than if you have 0 followers.
