I have a pet site doing around £600 profit per month. I started by finding what product people was looking for and made a simple site with 20+ pages. Now the site has 70+ pages and ranks well for lots of keywords.
Makes it even more fun if you love pets like me.

You should honestly go ahead and do it. It's not really saturated as far as I'm concerned.
