I want to ask if anyone is selling specific online accounts for a specific service, but I am not sure where, if any place, I can ask this on BHW. I am afraid to ask the wrong place and get a kick/ban.

You can post in "Want to Buy" section.

You won't get banned for posting in the wrong place. A mod will just move it to the correct forum.

Best place though is want to buy section if you are looking to purchase something.
