Google does not count profile, image share link as backlink?

I always make some profile, image share and social bookmark but never found any link on GWT except some social bookmark. Does google really not count them as backlink?

What types of links is good for tier 1 except web 2.0 and pbn?

GWT showing my profile backlink from high authority websites. It depends if your backlinks is index or not.

GWT does not show all the links, you'd better use Ahrefs or Majestic. They are much better for this purpose.
Profiles can not be indexed at all, you can check whether profiles are indexed on that website or not before creating a profile there.

My profile backlinks showing in GWT and in Ahref. I think this links is good for distraction.

According to the Google Support - no, these links are not indexed by Googlebot.

If they are not shown in GWT, it does not mean they are not counted. GWT, hides a lot of links. Don't worry too much about it..
