Regarding fee and listing item

Hi,.

This is my first time to selling digital goods over eBay, selling social media service like YouTube view, share, like or dislike.

My question,
1. When I listing my first sales thread, it say eBay need to connect to my PayPal. What they do? Is they cut my money in case I cheat or not deliver the item or what?

2. How much fee they cut? Is varies like fivesquid or same like fiverr

3. It say I can't list an item available more than 5, but I see other member who list their available item up to 10+

Ebay frowns upon that and they always side with the buyer. I wouldn't do it until you have a store older than 90 days.
