What am I doing wrong?[website making]

So first I purchased domain in subreg(noy noob friendly domain at all lmao), then I bought hosting(the domain is same domain as I have bought before so I guess they are "paired"?), uploaded files via filezilla to hosting's website and later I connected cloudflare to subreg domain and cloudflare is now active. But the thing is that when I go to that website, it says domain is still parked :C I couldn't solve this for a long time yesterday, today I woke up and decided to ask you for help so when I comeback after work I lnow what to do. God damn I wish I picked GoDaddy since it seems more noob friendly than the hosting and domain I have purchased.

Have you updated your websites name servers via the website you purchased from? In this case it appears to be "subreg" though I'm not familiar I'm sure there's an option there to set your DNS settings to point to cloudflare, if the domain is parked this is likely the culprit.

Ok got it working, kind of.. the website works but it keeps going down, Ive asked my host for support but idk what does that even mean and what css files ;_;
