Seems like there is huge amounts of downtime with this company? Interested in the VPS but I don't want this kind of downtime? Is this issue being looked into or should I just expect downtime for this price?

Actually for 20 days their service is good.
I have The Kitchen Sink shared cloud web hosting with them.
80% of my server resources handled by cloudflare.
But,since 2 days their server going offline.
All my traffic and rankings gone.
I think they should upgrade their servers.
If I face same problem again I should look for another web hosting service on BHW.
But I like this services provider on BHW as he is providing best deals for us.

Hey @stressfreehost I have been getting email spam from you for the past week or so, and never provided you with my personal email address, so I'm curious which email list you got my email from. I submitted a support ticket in response to one of the spam emails and it was not responded to and instead closed. So I replied to reopen and it was closed again.

This has happened with a couple other service providers on here. I know it's easy to just unsubscribe, but I'm not a fan of services that spam passed-around email lists with services that were never opted into.

Please advise how this happened, thank you.

As far as what rajsinhahyd is posting, I'm not sure at all what the user is talking about. The servers are all online, we had a brief outage yesterday due to a Firewall issue only on one server. Again, if you're seeing issues please email our support that way we can help you with your issues. The servers are online, nothing is wrong with the service at all. This seems to be just your domains that are having issues which we are more than glad to help with.
