100 emails will fall under the 'free' or 'trial' for a lot of Email Service Providers - Mailchimp, AWeber, GetResponse, etc.
It's hard to say which Gmail tab that the emails will land in - the best way is to test to a few of your own Gmail accounts first and adjust content based on the results.

As the other guys already told you, 100 email recepiants are quite less. Use one of the suggested ESPs and you get what you are looking for.
