Also, to be 100% clear, when you say ''5 domains'' in the medium package, you mean 5 unrelated domains, not 1 main and 4 sub domains, right?

We have done a detailed inspection and have been trying to clean up your databases manually- I will let the support guys update you again with regards to the status of that and your site.

We currently do not have servers or a DC set up in Asia - it is on our roadmap however as we do have many customers from Asia and this will again highlight the need.

To answer your question, although it is hard to ever be 100% certain in this case we believe it would have mitigated the impact to this customer - the decommissioned server was running a standard Centos/cPanel configuration which on its own is robust enough but it does not have the enhanced security features of Cloudlinux with its Hardened PHP, SecureLinks and CageFS virtualization. Cloudlinux also has many other great features that make it a better choice in my opinion, not the least of which we have seen huge speed increases for users since we moved all our infrastructure to it.
