Need help promoting amazon affiliate site

In a week's time, I am about to receive my site from a vendor on bhw so as a preparation was going through some of the journey threads here. Came across a thread by @alhrms which worries me a lot as far as my budget on seo-backlinks is concerned. I have planned for $100-150 per month but looking at @alhrms - just in a month he has spent more than my annual budget. Seriously I don't have that kind of money. I have already spent a lot (for me) on getting a site and looking to out source backlinks, content etc.

My main keyword is having KD-26, there is 10,000 words content and fairly good site my man is developing for me and the niche is not that difficult as per my vendor. He has recommended more content, guest posts and pbns to go with.

I am fairly good at onsite seo and I always outsource link building. Looking to achieve good results in my budget. I welcome your views and suggestions and some good strategy which will also help others on low budget like me.

Around 10 years back,I had amazon affiliate site something like - touch screen gloves - from a vendor on bhw. The content was only product listings from amazon, hardly 50 backlinks and the site worked very well almost for 3 seasons. I know it is a history now and everything has change a lot.

I am not a very knowledgeable guru but i would suggest that in your budget. Keep adding atleast 2 long articles each month. Buy only 2-3 high quality PBN link for $50.

And the most important thing try approaching blogs with a well written email body with subject as "advertisement inquiry" or "sponsored post", and then ask for sponsored post in their site. Not all of them will reply but at least sending couple of them will reply for sure.

At first they ask for huge amount but bargain a bit and i am sure lots of them will get agree for a single link at $30-$60.

And also add informational content too.

Why dont you ask your site provider what he suggests you do to rank the site he is building?

For future reference when buy those type of sites you should also ask them the cost of ranking BEFORE you buy so you know the total investment in advance.

Reputed sellers usually have a deal in place with someone for that. Those that cannot answer you are probably best avoiding.

At the first, The budget is certainly important But not for all because I work with Hard niche it’s really Difficult and my Competing keywords are difficult not easy it’s from 40 to 56 and some are 65/100 so I need this budget But for u it’s Good with this budget 100$ or 200$ U can get Good backlinks and u will rank cuz your keywords it’s easy And PM I will send u something

I didnt say he would, but he should know how to rank sites he builds and be able to give you an idea of what is needed and therefore cost, or typically have a deal with someone who can sort ranking the site he built for you.

You don't seem to see what is wrong with what you did.

You purchased a site that needs a credible ranking plan to have any value.

That ranking plan is purely defined by which keywords you are looking to rank for.

BEFORE you purchased you should have had a ranking plan you knew worked, or who ever you purchased it from should have provided one.

Without that what you purchased is junk.

Giving you some ideas of what needs to be done is not a credible and costed plan and that is why you are in the position you are in now.

Caveat Emptor

Good luck fixing it, but unless we know the actual keywords nobody can really help you and it is probably not a good idea to tell anyone on here the keywords your using for a yet to be launched website.
