I mean, I tried to buy upvotes but I can't see my comment on the first page even if it had 40/50 upvotes.

That comment in the screenshot doesn't have replies made by the user. If I press view replies it shows a comment made by a guy saying that is a scam. I tried to buy upvotes (40/50) and my comment doesn't show if the first page, I have to scroll a lot

Maybe the comment in the screenshot doesnt have replies. But you can test sending comment likes And comment replies, to see if it produces better results.

That depends on the reputation of your channel. Upvotes and replies are not enough to do top comments.
