Etsy ban! Stealth Account, alternative?

You'll need more than just a clean IP, you will need all fresh info too.

Which one is it, are they handmade? Are they vintage? Are you shipping them yourself from the address on the account? Are they drop-shipped? Are the photos you are using your own? There are a bunch of questions I could ask as well as these so there are many reasons why they do this. Your account being stealth is neither here nor there, it's the listings that drew attention to you. The fact that you are in the EU has nothing to do with it. If you keep listing the same thing the same thing will keep happening. Feel free to PM me with the examples of your product and the examples you have seen of other people selling this product and I will be happy to look over it and let you know if I see any red flags.

I got my ETSY store suspended yesterday (shop name: ctoom)~~~

I have listed 3 items which handmade by me ... Handmade brass wire keychain, handmade rattan bracelet, handmade bamboo bracelet.....

I have uploaded a video and 5 photos of the keychain making processing when open the shop ...

and when I was preparing to list another handmade snake bone bracelet, the shop been shut down, here is the email:

Inaccurately representing the size, scale, or location of your business! since they are all handmade, so the size is different for everyone!!! and about the location, I have choose the right location~~~I don't know if it's not allowed to use proxy since the internet connection speed is not good here!

Not disclosing the people who help make your items? all items are made by me ... there's no partner !!!

I have sent them 2 emails with some photos and videos , hope they can re-active my account , but no response yet !!!

Yes I'm still there. In terms of Etsy I'm blofeld lol.

If what you say is correct and you have followed the procedure then giving them the proof that you make the items should be in your favor. However if you are using a proxy that's all sorts of bad news. I realize why some people might choose to use them, but in Etsy's eyes it's only people trying to circumvent something that use those so it's a big red flag.

See what they say, how long ago did you send etsy the emails with photos videos etc? What part of the world do you live in?

Live in Asia, and I use a dedicate proxy IP from Hongkong~~~ hope it won't hurt ..

I uploaded a video (of the keychain making) and some photos in the "shop setting" area when open the shop ....they have approved and listed them on my shop ~~~

and I have replied them 1 hour after I received their email,,, it took me about 1 hour to list a new item, cos it absolutely new , when I finished all forms, and click submit... boom, it's de-actived

I will take more photos today and will send to them today... hope they won't ask me to take photos for all products....

Yes it could hurt, the fact you are in Hong Kong of all places will probably hurt your story too. There are already seeds of doubt there. However if you made them and can prove that then it could be another reason. I suspect they wont share much info with you either way on their decision process.
