I am not sure, I must have been the unlucky guy here because I ordered about 6 articles (I think it was 6) but first of all, every article had quite a few grammatical and spelling mistakes. In this day and age, I would expect that these guys run a spell check at least on the articles they hand out. Furthermore, the research was extremely superficial (don't get me wrong, I know what an SEO article is and I know it does not even have to be informative, I wasn't expecting that) but some of the content stated things that are completely untrue and I provided all the sources so I have absolutely no idea where they got some stuff from. On top of all that, the tone of the articles were written in an extremely negative way. Like "Why would you hire those other lousy companies" and had some pretty scary stuff such as "We are the best and we give you money back guarantee and 90% off on our services" while such content never existed anywhere. I am really glad that I did not get the majority of this published.
@Dark Knight reached out to me and professionally apologized, he offered to do a revision but honestly, I had to rewrite about 50% of each article myself and explaining it would have taken the same amount of time so I just ended up doing it myself. While the apology was professional, no refunds (even partial compensation) was offered and he explained that his writer is going through some tough personal life.
Well... sorry for him but as I told him, I can't say the same to him next time, that "I am sorry I am going through such a tough time, I will only pay 50% this time OK?" .... so he can't expect me to be understandable about the quality of work that was delivered. I will not order again, but happy to see that at least some others out there are happy.
