I have a new channel with 5 videos that were getting about 10k views in 48h. Yesterday I posted some amazon links as a comment and pinned this comments. Exactly from that moment my views drop to about 50 views in 48h. WTF!

How many comment did you post? Only on your video or on other people videos? Are you sure the drop views is related to your comment? Did you check your traffic source before the drop?

Don't pin the exact same thing on every video, also DO NOT promote your amazon link on EVERY VIDEO!!! Youtube wants people to stay on youtube not get linked to somewhere else..

My account is a few months old and I didn't checked my rankings before but now my videos don't rank for any keywords.

Well, they must have ranked and ranked well if you got those views. Did you do keyword research and such or did you get the views some other way?

There has been a HUGE youtube update recently and things have changed a lot. Many people lost rankings, even without affiliate links so this is insufficient data to conclude that posting these links has ruined your rankings, I would say. Give it a bit of time. Rest the channel a bit, revive it later. Track your rankings regularly. Make a new video with and one without an affiliate link. Compare them.

That's how you check things. Empirically.
