Need Help ebay

Hi guys
someone bought from me 5 products yesterday on eBay but his eBay account is new he only created it one day before he buys from me I think he is a scammer should I ship to him or refund him
he is from USA

Did he pay through paypal? They have seller protection program i believe. It's up to a certain amount so i would check that to make sure you are covered.

yeah he pays through PayPal but since my eBay is new and only have about 12 sells and no reviews on it I think he can easily get a refund if he wants

As long as you can show proof of delivery I think paypal will protect you. I would email ebay and paypal to make sure. I don't want to give you the wrong advice. I have been on both sides and paypal does tend to favor the buyer but as long as you deliver I don't think they would allow it. Are they verified with paypal would be another thing to check to meet the seller protection requirement. You having only 12 transactions shouldn't be a factor. You should be protected.
