Hi everyone,
I am 16 years old and I live in France I make a little money a month with CPA and I would like to go on holiday next year with my family for 1 week in the USA (and also watch an NBA game if possible:)), I manage enough in English.
Would you recommend this destination?

Where exactly in the US are you wanting to go? You could spend five years in the United States traveling and not see everything there is to see. One of the greatest things about this place is that it is a perfect combination of almost everything you could possibly imagine. We have mountains, we have beaches, we have cities, we have countryside, we have forests, we have deserts, we have swampland, we have snowfall, we have everything you could possibly imagine, both natural and man-made.

If you've never been to the United States, I HIGHLY suggest it.

I've never been to the States, thank you so much for your opinion!;)

Depends on what you want to do. You prob have good weather so going to Florida - Miami - Orando Disney world would be a good idea.

But you prob want to go to New York, it would prob be the cheapest to fly i would imagine. When you 21 go to Las Vegas for sure.

We've done Southern California 3 times, from flying into LA. So Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach , Long Beach ( stayed on the Queen Mary ). Done Vegas too

December we did a 1400 mile road trip started in Atlanta, did Lynchberg, Nashville, Memphis, New Orleans plus a load more places in between.

It all depends on what your interest is, the nightlife, the food, the beach, the mountains.....

I can't go without my family because i'm only 16...:(

Yeah, no.

You can travel on your own at 16 and above, generally without even written permission.
I routinely traveled on my own at 16 going abroad flying (from EU to within EU)
Do a google search for the gist of information regarding it.

You can also travel alone 12-15 but you require written consent first and assurances.

But yeah I mean if hanging out with mommy and daddy is your thing, why not go Disneyland? You get to see mickey mouse.

Nah I'm just semi trolling, the states is a long way away for you so if going that far and at your age then makes sense to go with parents,
Maybe when you're ready you can go somewhere closer near by on your own or with your mates to start your journey of growing into an adult improving independence and life skills, depends what kind of person you are I guess.

If you don't know where to go, you don't really wanna go and shouldn't waste the money.

Go to Myrtle Beach, if in the summer. Easy.

Amsterdam man but without family :) Go with friends or alone!

If you’re willing to put up with to many tourists, bad service, expensive weed, tourist falling out of hotel windows because the mushrooms convinced them they can fly, spending hours and hours looking for some cool places to chill at night and end up finding fuck-all because that pinko fuck Job Cohen rooted out all the hot spots where shit was actually fun, then spending a couple of hours finding the Red Light District only to discovering you’ve been in it for the last hour but couldn’t find any decent hooker that could share the clap with you because that place has been gentrified to death, your more than welcome to visit Amsterdam. Otherwise don’t.

That place has become a museum of long lost memories of times that never ever will return. Sad thing is that Amsterdam’s tourist board still seems to market that era quite well outside of Holland.

And please set aside around 150 Euro for the taxi back to Schiphol, a fair that is usually 40 Euro for the natives, but to add insult to injury it is allowed to squeeze some extra money out of the tourists.

Not with my parents but with my sister finally, and as i never seen US i would like to discover this country!

Now tell us how you really feel.

Okay.

I want to visit Nevada and shoot the Barrett .50 Caliber, but since I fail to monetize my site I opt to whine about my nations capital.
