youtube monetization review

i did done 2000 subscribers and 7000 hour watching time plus 12k viewrs. why im still in review and this happened almost 2 months. what i know before youtube just need review for a week. there is someone have same thing happened or just me ? or youtube change their regulation ?

YouTube changed the way accounts are monetized earlier this year. It took about 4 weeks for my account to get monetized about a week ago.
