i signed up right after and have not gotten my server up yet in 2 days. something about verification. I even sent some paperwork with name and address and still nothing. There's no a phone number either.

If it's a problem just refund and i'll grab another VPS today. I need something solid that works and doesn't hinder or will come up in a week, month "your server is down please send this so we can put it back up to verify" or "it's been 5 months please send this to continue service" no just make it work and STABLE.
 
Hello, Which will be the best one to use jarvee? Jarvee's FAQ mentions windows server 2012 and upwards while your servers are 2008.
