I just opened a link which has so many weblinks in it can anybody tell me what is this actually?

There are some business directories which doesn't have to option to submit website. Even I tried adding my site to some business directories, but couldn't find option to submit website.

My logical guess would be that somebody is trying to index some links. This can't help in ranking, I'm sure.Let's hear what the SEO gurus have to say. I am interested in this too.

This may be a web directory or some spam link listed there. Better to avoid this.

There are tons of .ru sites out there full of spam like this, just ignore it. If you find your site linked on one of them I don't think it will do anything, Google knows it is spam.

Those links really won't help you unless you know what you are doing.
