If i understand it correctly, in a nutshell your looking to provide "own brand" products for influencers, which they then promote to their followers.

You can also help create and manage content by creating highly engaging posts to help them do so.

Is that correct?

Yes - smaller influencer accounts always enjoy better engagement and loyalty, and on shops, I'm already seeing great returns with this model. Think of it as creating a centralized influencer agency, wherein we control all the agents.

I'd be capable of dealing with dozens of accounts at least, but want to scale it up to 100+. I will show examples of the kind of quality accounts I can build and maintain, and their profit returns already.

I did something similar to this a couple of years back.

There are a couple of issues i have with your proposal.

1. There is a lot simpler business model you could follow.
2. You want it to be an unpaid job of 20 hours per week.
3. You think your going to find legit influencers on here.

This is creating a vertical in a huge emerging industry (influencer marketing). There is a degree of complexity. I deal with large scale, non-simple business on a daily basis - scaling up and across is the only way to scale earnings on truly astronomical levels.

It's also a partnership, so getting paid means getting a share of the profit. I'm not looking for individual influencers, but someone who understands the complexity of social media scaling and isn't worried about it being not simple.

The train is already moving on this one, already dealing with profits on the network. Now it's about finding someone who can scale and grow.

As i outlined i would be interested in simplifying the business model until such time as it can generate a profit and pay out and as such would not be interested in commiting 20 hours per week from the get go.

If you want to add smart television to the mix, then we can talk. I have a couple Roku channels and I am developing a chef channel network with some influencer chefs. Are any of them Youtube influencers? Video content that is engaging their audience?

I worked in entertainment for several years, so I know how thw sponsorships, advertising game, etc... is played.

I have a few social profiles. Not huge following. My largest one is 19k on Facebook but they are engaged.
