Received my article 9 days after ordering. Unfortunately, the subject was completely different from what I ordered, making the article completely useless. Additionally, the grammar was terrible.

I then sent a complaint and received feedback that I would receive a revised article. The next day I received a revised article, with another wrong subject. If the writer just would have googled the keywords, he would instantly find exactly what I wanted to be written.

I sincerely hope that I get offered either a refund or a new article, as this is terrible service. I'm most likely losing my deadline tomorrow because of the incompetency of the Content Bank.

Ordered an article this past Saturday, haven't received any update. TAT says 3-5 days, would like some kind of update when possible.

Update: I have now received two revised articles. The first time i stated that the writer did not mention anything about what i had specified in the instructions. I complained again, and ended with the same result.

I have to admit that after complaining two times, for some reason, i STILL received an article that had nothing to do with what i stated.

The whole article did not contain ONE SENTENCE explaining what the project i wanted my review about was. This proves that the writer has not done one mine of research.

Instead of receiving a "review article about ****" i got an article explaining what a review is, and weird sentences like this:

"There are many blogs which are available on the websites from which the person can get the details. There are much latest news, opinions."

" The ******* reviews can be got from the companies by paying a certain amount.

"Normally whenever we want to do a work we immediately get the reviews regarding the work. "


Honestly, this is the worst writing have received.
