Does having a good clickbank name matters?

Hi, does a ClickBank username matters? Asking in the sense that whatever the name we choose, it's going to get shortened by a link shortener. But many people say choosing the ideal name is necessary.

Yes, correct, because I just checked in detail that even after direct CB link cloaking, it's not showing my username and not even showing in the direct sales page when I click the cloaked link. So yeah I guess its okay

So, I wonder why do people say an appropriate name is mandatory otherwise potential buyers will run off? How will potential buyers see the username if the cloaked as well as the direct CB sales page does NOT display the username? xD

Also the nickname is visible at the bottom of the payment form like affiliate="XXXX"

However I think the prospective customer really does not care about this stuff.

But it makes sense to choose something which is not offensive or vulgar by any means.

So I would not waste too much time on an ideal name but i would choose something sensible.
