Software works fine, its just has some issues due to an update recently, I am myself waiting for it to be solved!

Lol i read his journey twice and i can say he knows alot but not everything... okay ?
I am saying checking whether 1200 accounts are following or not takes alot of time as it requires to see that if account is stuck on scrapping for a lot of time.. can you do that for 1200 accounts in 24 hours? I bet you can't

My guess is proxy problems. cayse GMT2 works fine for me here *knock on wood*

The only answer I got from creators is that I can cancel the subscription if I do not like it.
So they basically told me I should stop using the service I paid for and they are not going to return my money, because they do not do refunds as they say.

Are you scrapping user's followers and following them? If so, make sure the user you are scraping is not a private account.
If you still haven't figured out the issue, I would look at the error log to see if any errors are showing up.
Use the latest version.
Also, read up the documentation to make sure you are not missing any steps.
Another option would be to back up your accounts and settings and perform a fresh install.

but did you try with new accounts!? because some of my old accounts still works but when I add new they don't.
I added 12 new accounts about 10 days back
it all started 6-7 days ago. so your accs may work..

learn some manners before being stupid... i do not have to justify myself to likes of you... i do not care about any jackson or whoever you are hanging out with... i paid for something that did not work and was not offered a refund... the seller could be the god himself, it is not an excuse to behave like that with customers

i do not have to prove anything to likes of you... when you invest in me by buying the software i want, you can get all the proof you want... stop thinking you are special or something... if he is your friend, ask him yourself, since there are many people with the same problem... and again, get yourself some manners please...
