I have been getting many mixed responses on this issue.

A client has very bad reputation online. When u search the name of his company the first few results are Tripadvisor and Yelp listings with the stars and reviews and it looks bad and is hurting his business .

We are looking to remove (de-index) those pages, is this doable these days?

you can remove your website from serch result.
you can not remove the YELP or TP review from Google result, ( of course you can change the review)

is this doable these days?
it was never doable to DEINDEX a page that you dont owe.

Don't hesitate with negative reviews as in this whole world criticism is necessary, none of the business in this world offer 100% accuracy, so don't be panic.
Work hard get reviews from other review website do quality ORM as what the meaning of ORM is and ORM is created to make goof reputation of any business.

This is not true. You can definitely remove and deindex pages you don't own. It takes specific situations, but removing negative reviews, negative pages is done every day.

I would disagree with this as well. I absolutely think you should worry about negative reviews. If you read a bunch of negative reviews about a company, you're much less likely to buy from that company. That's common sense.

If a client has multiple sites listing negatives there are two things that need to be done.

  1. The client needs to clean up their business. Often these negatives have come from a certain situation or employee. If it's not a one-time event, they need to deal with the root problem. I have a client who had a sale and was overwhelmed with orders. She had a years worth of orders in one weekend and wasn't able to fulfill them all. This was in 2015 and she is still dealing with the negative reviews from that sale.
  2. Removal isn't the best option, they need to be suppressed. Even if you work with the most expensive attorneys, it's unlikely they will be able to remove every negative review and you'll still be left with some negatives on the first page. Suppression will push all of the negatives down.
Hope that helps!

Completely agree to this.

Of course, you know that nobody goes to page 2 of Google, so just load up new high authority links and update all social media and push the negative off page one.

Write some 5000 word articles on Medium, LinkedIn etc and push the offenders down.

Easiest.

However, taking on board why he got the negative press in the first place and fixing that. That is priority.

yes its possible to be deindex the result and also removed from all search engine, or you could make the reviews is false , by doing scam warning on your site ,,, see popads.net warning , it means that bad user goes the wrong url that was built by scammer , and he/she got scammed or something else , and you bought at least 500 positive custom comments on that user reviews with containing he was scameed or something else by phising site , not from your site .

after all he/she will converted to funny man , lol by making his/her that bad review

its look like a brain heck ,

If the negative reviews are not too much in numbers, then obtaining a yelp, trip advisor review service is the first best option economically. Get some 20+ 5* positive reviews, that will helps. If your clients listing has a bunch of negative reviews, you have to boost other type of social and business listing pages to bring down those pages.

You cant remove your Tripadvisor or yelp or any other website's content from search result if they are legal.
You can do one thing, downgrade the negative reviews by downvotes & increase your positive reviews.
And most importantly increase the service quality to get the best reviews

You can downvote those bad reviews by posting positive reviews from fake ids but you can't remove those reviews posted specially by tripadvisor or yelp.

How does that actually work? I tried setting up some blogspot or wordpress blogs with some reviews of my product but none of them got ranked whereas some other blog spot review guy made a post and it got ranked like within ONE day!!

How does that work? Are there services, where I can buy a bunch of positive reivew articles on somewhat established blogs so they get ranked easily on page one (all of them) to push the negative one down??

I would not worry about the actual reviews. For this purpose I am talking about knocking the results off page one. That way nobody sees the negative results.

THEN, you can start to curate your positive reviews. Make sure to add to all your relevant social media channels and Google business etc.

Yeah but how can I do it?

I personally would love to find a bunch of smaller blogs and buy articles on them to have them ranked, thus knocking off the negative review from page one. Are there blog owners out there that I can pay to publish articles about my product on BHW?

Haha, what even is on page 2 of google :D
Smart thinking though
