If you link directly to one of our link codes, yes, facebook will likely flag it - or will at some point (as we are a network and our link code URLs are used by thousands of affiliates ... but that's why we try to mix it up often!).
However, what you didn't mention is what your site is about. Does it primarily have mainstream content? If your site is adult in nature, it's likely to be flagged at some point if it's making the FB rounds. But if other, more mainstream content is center ... you could probably get away without a flagging.
