Why Twitter Hides my Replies?

I tried with an old account (3+ years) and a brand new.
When i changed the profile pic of the old account immediatelly asked for phone verification.
i did that, then tried to reply under a tweet with a link and my reply is always hidden(not to me too).

Did i ruined my accounts getting flagged as a bot?
If so, what did i do wrong? the account had 40 real followers

There was a lot of links as replies of that tweet!
Now even if i post images it's still hidden..
will the block ever be removed?
