I see a lot of channels that have less than 1k subscribers and got song that i cant upload becouse of copyrights

I think you are basically looking into royalty free music. There are ways to obtain licenses to already published music but I'd suggest going for royalty free music to begin with, muss less of a hassle. If you really need one specific track, go ahead and contact the composer, most of the time they will probably be fine with you using their content in exchange for some credit. That is the route i go, I do not charge but expect a credit in return. Hope this helps, there are many out there that offer their music for such purposes, usually easy to find.

And all the major music promotion platform on youtube have no copyright songs

I know that when you buy some programs on video that cooperate with YouTube, you are given the right.

Check the song u want to use here-> https://www.youtube.com/music_policies Some can be used, some can't be used, some do share the revenue and some don't.. Type in the titles and check it out...

Only if you don't do proper research... If you do proper research there are a lot op possibilities...
