Hashtag Research Questions

So I know the general rule is that the hashtag should have 10-20% posts of your follower count. However, I've came across hashtags that had triple that number yet the top posts didn't have nearly as much likes as my account gets. The account has 10k followers, gets 750 likes per post, and will be getting 400 superlikes. Oh and very HQ content. Can somebody optimize the criteria for me? What range of posts for a hashtag should I look at and how many likes should the average picture have on the top posts?

Your content QUALITY determines the number of LIKES you get. Second is if your Aucience are interested in your Niche at all.

The last account I sold had 7500 Followers and get around 500 -700 (NO HASHTAGS) and AROUND 800-1300 LIKES per post ( With HASHTAGS)

Check the post with the MOST likes and pay close attention to it.. Thtats the kind of post your audience love...

Yeah the account right now barely uses hashtags so I'm integrating it. So would I be safe on hashtags with ~600k posts?

The account actually has 8.5k followers and averages 750 likes no hashtags. I just made a hashtag list. Also, on top of the likes it will already get from followers/hashtags, it will also get 400 superlikes. So y'know how each hashtag has whatever many posts in it right? Could I be aggressive and use more popular hashtags such as ones with 500k-1m posts in them?

We use ighashtags for our hashtag research. They scrape and aggregate them by niche and allow you to tier them in your caption so you can add 2-2k,4-4k,6-5k,3-40k or whatever amount you want. I will warn you though they do not have a cancel subscription button which was really frustrating. They are adding bulk caption csv exporting and the ability to save call to actions so creating captions in bulk will be much easier. I actually had to tell PayPal to prevent further payments. fortunately, my JV partner was a beta tester and gets it for free so we just share it now. We let the owner know that if he allows cancelation of the service and better support we will post it in the marketplace.
