Paigham bot is good one but it's like traditional marketing, we have to go to customer i am not interested in that fade up with these things.

Firstly, the local website would rank fairly well when a locally searched keyword comes into place - and it should serve as a good place to generate leads in the process, but you will need to ensure that the website is properly setup, and the articles must be potential to rank for the locally searched keywords.
Once you have that in place, and with good organic traffic flowing through your site, it's time to convert those traffic into leads.
I particularly like using an in-content pop-up plugin - when a visitor reads my website, the pop-up has several features that will prompt them to enter their particulars like name, email, phone number, etc - they you should also probably consider offering a good offer that should prompt them to key in such info. The pop-up must have these features included - exit intent, scroll 50% of the page and pop-up, or wait 15 seconds and automatically pop-up - these are some of the few settings that I've applied and it's working like a charm.

i have sites already ranking in serp & generating good leads but i want to increase leads to earn extra so i am looking more option i can do i am planning to use adwords but not sure how good roi

It's good for local leads but the problem is i have dummy business website with no physical address as i know google need physical address verification to get listing how can i make listing for them any clue?

If the issue is only address then you can add your house address. Along that you can list your products.

Yes you can add listing with same address but you should have different names of your business.
