Indexing is like a fart. If you have to force it, it's probably shit.

There are many ways to 'force' G to index a backlink - but if your content is so bad, or it's practically worthless or copied directly from another site that has a fair amount of authority, then even being forced, G will not index that page respectively - even if it did, it will be indexed briefly and it will be missing after that.
So there are many ways (provided your content is good) like using a paid instant link indexing service which usually gets the job done within 4-24 hours time.
The indexing software also gives fairly good result as well, usually within 8-24 hours time as well.
But the 2 methods above may not have an everlasting effect - it could be indexed for 2 weeks, and deindexed after that.
The only lasting method would be to build contextual backlinks to that page, and this is a guaranteed method to get that page indexed, and indexed for a long time too.

Usually when big G doesn't index my backlinks, I throw comments links , blast with some social links and submit it to some indexing service.

If possible, post the pages into the social media to increase the indexing rate.

Open your account on google plus , and take a copy of the links and post them there daily.... but dont spam. one by one... post few links daily,. with 2 hours time difference between each link
