What do you guys think will fall under the security tokens? Will this list be the final? or there will be any changes?

It seems to me that Coinbase are going for as much transparency as possible with listing of new coins. Thats not really surprising after their BCH fiasco that led to the investigation of insider trading. So yeah I'd expect these all to appear on there sometime unless they announce otherwise. Id expect to see ETC first though as Ive said elsewhere they briefly supported that so might be easier to integrate into their systems. But what do I know... I was surprised to see ZEC in their list. I would have thought privacy coins would be a minefield for them with anti-money laundering regs so who knows really!

However, like @HelloInsomnia above. Id advise you to be mindful that its very likely already priced in before you make any big decisions. If you wanted to go down this route then a bot that monitors the coinbase blog for mentions of new coins and buys automatically would maybe be a safer route. Also for non ERC20 tokens then you would also do well to read their digital asset framework and see what fits it.

I'm building a DEX using 0x and the platform is awesome. As for the others you mentioned, 0x by far has the most potential and should be #1, not #5 on your list.

A security must pass the Howey test. One of the Howey requirements is whether someone manages the assets for you. If someone manages the assets for you and you have no control over it, then it can be a security.

Bitcoin is not a security. Nobody manages Bitcoin for you.

Power Ledger on the other hand is managed, there's a team managing the PL project and your cash depends on them. So Power Ledger can be considered a security.

I honestly don't know about Cardano. There's a team developing it but there is no underlying asset with Cardano like there is with Power Ledger (electrical power). TBH I don't think Cardano is a security.

As for the others I really can't say.
