Buy them. No point in making them, especially if you don't know how to make them you will probably leave some really bad fingerprints behind.

I had issues with Android Emulators, they leave a terrible footprint (bluestacks, genymotion...). Personally I prefer to just buy them.
Even having a cellphone, you leave a footprint (brand, model, browser, with the app). I used to like doing them with the browser using all above (not PVA with owned sim cards because in certain countries is extremely difficult and really expensive +$3, so if you can just buy them they will be far cheaper)

I have an option for up to 100 accounts, but it comes with a price. It's not free - would need to invest $ xxx a month.

i use 2 mobiles with 5 accs on each and an app called apphi to schedule the weeks worth of posts on each.
never had any problems - (traffic goes to a mix of cpa, tube sites (clean) and blogs) - never had any issues and can scale by 5 at a time using another phone and one of the many sims i have - i normally post 3 times per day per profile also

It's better to buy than creating your own when you don't have any experience about creating multiple IG accounts. If you talk about getting banned then either way you're gonna get banned doesn't matter if they're handmade or bought from marketplace as it all depends on how you gonna use them.

Use Dorid4x Emulator create a new profile for each account and use 1 socks5 proxy for 1 account
