How can azure accounts make money?

Hello I have access to about large number of Azure accounts with about a few hundred dollars credit each (so maybe around $100k total credit combined). Are there good methods for this to make money with it?
I've heard about cryptocurrency mining being a profitable way. What are some other ways?

Sell vps's for $1-2 each. Let the experts take care of mining. By the time you'd learn what works best for you, trial period would be over.

I'm confused why it takes an expert to determine what is the most profitable coin to mine and install it over SSH on a VPS. Is cryptocurrency the only way that people know of converting it into money? If so, that's a bit disappointing

You could do alot more things had it been for a longer period. Since you have access for limited time, what you can do with it is limited too.

What type of accounts are they? Usually azure trials are for 30 days only.

I have an azure account that i received with my MSDN sub, so it does not expire, I would also like to know how I could utilize this environment that currently just sits there.
