Are you looking to scrape them yourself or you do want to get the leads on a plate?
For scraping, I would recommend checking out ScrapeBox or SupaGrowth.
If you want the ready to go version (Pick website, choose targeted person position, etc.) - I would recommend going for OxyLeads.
Also, Clearbit and Lusha could be great options, but those do cost a bit more.
Let me know the experience if you are going to try those out.
