Have Fucking Leads but No One to Talk with them. WTF is Wrong ?

I'm fucking Introvert, and I hate calling anyone, How TF manage these Leads? I tried hiring Peoples for Job here but Not found any Suitable one.
Should Try to Get In-House Employee? Any Other way to Deal with These Leads?

Break the barrier and try, you'll get better with every call you do.

If you don't want to do that, train a friend and get him to do it for you for a %.

Pick up the phone and call. With that mentality ("I'm introvert, so I can't do X and Y") you're gonna sit around in your 80's full of regrets of things you've could of done. Either you want it or you don't, it's that simple.

Just try it. I hated cold calling ( in person and over the phone). But I took a job because I had no other choice at the time and was forced to do it. It became fun and I looked forward to it. Just realize it's a numbers game. A no is one step closer to a yes.

even after 1 hour you'll start feel yourself more or less comfortable. i worked as a coldcaller, it was a shitty job

Be more specific about your weakeness and strategies. Sometimes you just label then assassinate a specific weakness you've identified. Like you said you can't make a call give me a list of reasons why you can't make a damn call then I'll help you develop a better plan.

ps. Being an "introvert" is usually just a label people put on their fear of acting stupid in public. What helped me the most was to force myself to do stupid things in public. Start small with dropping things. Drop your keys on purpose in the supermarket. Then next week drop them on someones feet and if you keep slowly escalating the stupidity in a few shorts years you'll be numb to it and closing large deals.

Some people are born natural sales people, others can be taught, others will never enjoy it or make a go of it.

One option is outsource or even look for a JV.

I don't know what skillset is needed to pick a phone. Unless if it's heavy, then yeah he probably needs to start weightlifting.

This conventional wisdom is killing the natural talent of young boys !! Just because he's going to face something a little bit outside his "comfort zone", doesn't mean he needs a skillset !

Better yet, pick up the phone, get rejected and then go learn the skillset. But for god sake, stop making stupid 21-century excuses such as "shy", "introvert" and other crap !!

Hahah, no! I just heard it somewhere. It really didn't click for me until I spent my first day cold calling local businesses for remanufactured toner cartridges. I was so nervous and stressed for the first ten or so places and then I realized that no one was going to kick me out or scream at me. By the end of the day, I had something like 10 quotes and a couple of orders.
