Yes, It is.But dont think too much about the strikes. Sometimes they ban you even without any strikes.
Whenever you get 1-2 strikes let you account there. Dont upload more videos. You only need to create new accounts and keep uploading.
From my experience. If you start slow and upload 20-30 videos per accounts. The chance of getting banned is quite low.

Yes, it's a strike. You'll be blocked when you get 3 copyright strikes. Stop it when you get two and start with a fresh account.

They don't, only "fake incest". Got to add "step" and all is fine.
But since it's all automated I guess they only check out the videos if there's reports or if they start to grow big and jump in the eye
