Review summary:
At this time instant-fans can only provide spotty, inconsistant, low quality service.
Are the worst service providers I have ever used- nothing works, and when it does, super low quality.
Example: custom comments for insta, the comments come in a timely manor but are double posted by other posters. SO you have 2 people saying the same thing- plus the quality of the commentators account, terrible and super fake looking. Talking zero posts, no followers, no following, no profile pics- total fake account.
Finally after 2 open tickets for the same above issue- they just refund my balance. (which is stand up in my books) but they need to take down the service, test it or get it beta tested if they are doing this inhouse.
And in 1 ticket they accused me of blackmail
Here's the definition: "the action, treated as a criminal offense, of demanding payment or another benefit from someone in return for not revealing compromising or damaging information about them."
So with that, it confirms their customer service needs improvement, but second it confirms their service doesn't work.
I wasn't looking for a payoff to keep quiet- was looking for a credit to entice me to stay- because I had to nanny my insta to delete the dbl comments as they came in.
Also, in another order the 50 comments came in as 1 comment, two times. So for that, yes I wanted to get comped, because that's totally unprofessional- why should I take the risk of fake comments and have to pay for that "privilege"?
Maybe they can get it together and do well- I hope they can, and wish them well but at this time, no one should use instant-fan.
I would like to know who is the biggest service provider of social media services and just go with them.

Agreed with everyone above. Their service and support has fallen down. I was satisfied customer before when they were doing a good job providing customer support. I am already done asking them for REFILL 6-7 times for a single service, but everyday reply comes that they will solve within 24 hours. I mean, you don't have to lie atleast. I even asked them just tell me the reason why aren't you refilling. They reply the same that will be solved shortly.
Not professional anymore. If a service doesn't work or refill they must take it down or write "NO REFILL" atleast so that we don't buy from those servers.
But no, just for their own profit they write "30 Days Refill" "60 Days Refill" I had to order from another website so that my clients doesn't get mad on me.

I bought several thousand Instagram followers.
10,000 with refill over 30 days.
every day I would lose between 200 and 300 followers
to finish with less than 7000 followers.
I opened a ticket and was told that everything was ok.
no questioning of their service.
If you want to lose money, go there.
