The plugin is active here: plakhetzelf .nl

And I've found a plugin file here: plakhetzelf nl /wp-content/plugins/designproduct/designtool/

Does anyone has any idea on what this plugin is called?

No actually, I've found it. It is the product designer made by SunflowerBiz. Link: sunflowerbiz .com/modules/wordpress/wordpress-product-designer
