just at the very start of my fitness blog wondering if there is a good profit margin in blogs as i am new? plan on writing articles about muscle growth weight loss plans etc and setting up affiliate accounts with fitness websites and branches... picked health and fitness due to already having interest and knowledge in this subject. not all in it for the profit im hoping I get to have fun along the way help people and then make myself some income on the side and grow from there. any info is appreciated.

I think that it is a profitable niche. However, just realize that this is a very saturated niche as well.

I agree with you there what's your thoughts on owning a blog with social media for example facebook and instagram with no related website just blog and social media ? Do you think this can work promoting adds and affiliate links.

Greetings,
I think fitness blog is just SO good! You don't need to create "original" ideas, you just need to post already existing concepts in different ways that calls the attention of your audience, it's really good business!

I know that question wanst for me... But what do you mean? Like creating a social media community that links to your blog and only that?

The niche is saturated as hell, but that doesn't mean new arrival is restricted. Also, that should not stop you from giving it a try since you are in it for the social reasons, more than monetary benefits. So, give it a shot. You never know, it might turn out to be a big hit. As they say, the only way to predict the future, is to create it.

Super saturated with both content creators and consumers, so just find a way to put out content that has your own twist on it. Otherwise you'll get lost in the crowd.

Was so close to reporting this thread, all the daily fitness/nutri spams here.

Beef up and make nutri reviews on YouTube

I'd go even more niche than fitness, perhaps bodybuilding or ketogenic lifestyle for example. It sounds like you have the right idea, just make sure your content is comprehensive and engaging.
Good luck and have fun :)

One of the most profitable after forex and finance niches, But too hard to rank.

Fitness is one of the evergreen niches, but it is not evergreen as far as your site being easily rankable. You could do better by not relying on SEO to promote it, and going instead for a social media blitz campaign or other referral traffic.

yes you are right I was thinking about a blog on how to run a bodybuilding lifestyle with the non use of steroids and testosterone boosters etc its narrowed down and is something i have a little knowledge on and also will be helping others with the plans and journey they have so i hope it goes well. thank you all for the replies.

It's good that you have interest in health and fitness niche. Health and fitness niche being such a popular niche and with your interest in it, you will be able to provide value to your blogs.

I think it's a good choice but it's hard to beat the competition. Anything is possible if you do it in the right way. Work hard and focus to build more traffic and rank it to get succeed. Good luck!

I think that fitness blog can be really successful. The most important - to provide interesting and high-quality content.

You could even do something like vegan or vegetarian bodybuilding.

Even it’s a big niche, good and original content can still make you stand out. There will be no quick results but once you’ve made your mark, you own a goldmine. Be patient and keep up the good work! Build a brand name from the beginning. Cheers!!

If you build a solid mailing list and integrate well with Instagram, you'd do well

Your blog should just be ONE PART of a larger FITNESS BRAND
