Best method to open multiple accounts?

I was wondering what is the best method in opening multiple IG/twitter/reddit accounts? I'm thinking just 5-10 accounts right now. Do I need open them thru a proxy? Or is it easier to buy the accounts (which I never done before). Thanks for the help!

You can do that if you are not looking for too many. 5-10 accounts should be ok as long as you don't have static IP. Make sure you clear browser data before creating new accounts.
