How to avoid getting banned on Xvideos?

Hi everyone I just started to upload videos on xvideos and received a copyright notice on a video.If i accumulate three strikes my account will be banned and all the previous hardwork will be lost.
Old timers here who are using the porn uploading method for a long time please advise me how to tackle this problem?I guess i should use more than one account on xvideos?

ok but how would i know the video i am going to upload is copyrighted? I download videos from other tube sites ,there are hundreds and thousands of videos and how i will find out which one is copyrighted ?

don't put all the eggs in one basket. Create a lot of accounts and upload less than 20 videos each.

If those 2 are copyrighted the videos itself will be deleted anyways. So it doesn't matter if you upload 3 or 2
