You can use yoast seo, to fix your on page seo.
No plugins, I need tools.
Like ahrefs, semrush and etc.

semrush you can use. Even Moz is a good premium tool to use for your on page seo.

I prefer Website Auditor for its inlink rank that shows what pages you are linking to the most and the visualization tool that shows how your site is organized. It's also helpful in analyzing competitors most important pages, ie the ones they link to the most, and how optimized their sites are.
Other uses:
-find competitors affiliate links
-find competitors money pages
-find all categories a site has
-find most popular social pages
-pull in google analytics and see what pages have high bounce rate
-check opengraph settings
-pair keywords with pages and check optimization rate (meta, kw frequency, etc)
-find broken links and images
Overall it's the only seo powersuite tool I regularly renew a maintenance plan for, which if I remember off the top of my head right comes to around $29/month.
