Yes it will. But there are places in world wide web where linking to your site is allowed as long as it provides relevant information

Backlinks are links that web page links are connected to other web pages either by direct link or embedded format so that any keywords will send traffic to your webpages from others. It is very helpful if you can make at right web pages where traffic is higher and to your web page topics. I hope my suggestion will help you a lot.
