facebook ad account suspended... now what?

I've heard about this a lot recently but not really sure what to do next. I've been using this for Shopify + drop shipping. I made sure all the content was edited by myself before uploading anything to keep it all unique.

Today I received this:

"Your ad account has been flagged for policy breaches. Any ads that you're running have been turned off. If you believe that this is a mistake, please contact us"

I appealed the ban but get the same message from facebook...

"All ad accounts are evaluated for policy compliance and quality of ad content. When accounts run ads that don't follow our Advertising Policies, they're disabled.

There's no further action that you may take here. We don't support ads for your business model."

Question is now what do I do now? Create/buy a facebook account and start again? Or create another ad account under the same facebook profile?

Any help would be appreciated cheers.

Try appealing against it, or buy from seller.you can't create another ad account if you have one suspended ad account.

Contact their support team. Even I find it sometimes difficult to run an ad on fb, owing to it's policies and algorithms.

ya i facing same issue too. It's very big impact to my business as a marketing agency.

If your customers are leaving you bad feedback on customer survey from Facebook this BAN was always on cards. Drop shipping via Ali express is a risky venture when your customers are not receiving products on time... Feedback ratio to 3.0 is the minimum requirement to be eligible to advertise on Facebook.

This account is gone. Also if you use the same credit card on another acct they'll detect it.

I didn't receive any bad feedback from customers / all received their items tracked via epacket. The annoying this is this account was banned for zero reason and hard to contact anyone who gives a f**k on Facebook.

I guess I'll buy and aged Facebook account and use a new unused pp / credit card. However, if I started ads back to the same store can facebook not make the connection that way? Or are they not that bothered ?

I would advise not to buy a facebook account unless if it's an already established one and those can be expensive. What worked for me was creating a new account and warming it up then just adding a new card.

I'd also recommend not to use the same domain or anything of that sort if it was affiliated with your previous account.
