i sell digital item and my account was restricted
my question is can i open a new account ebay and link to it the old paypal account ( the paypal who was linked to restricted account )
also , is ebay know the device or the IP adresse ?

Anything with the old information from a restricted or suspended anything will be linked and automatically closed this includes... email, IP, names, addresses, phone, Credit cards, bank accounts will be flagged

not true someone on a recent post ( /seo/12-years-old-paypal-account-banned-thanks-for-all-alidropship.1041232/#post-11190907) they said they have made multiple PayPals after getting banned with same information except only you use a new bank completely and a email from a new doman and obviously change ip and sign into a new user on windows

Yes, you can do Johnathan Doe 123 Main Street, John Doe 123 Main St., Jay Doe 123 Main St and they think they are different but as you also mentioned everything else is different... why chance it? They love to suspend at the worst possible moments

there isnt a risk if you dont put all your eggs in one basket, like im one to talk lol, if your already banned you try to see if it works in your name then buy a stealth (ive been scamed by the biggist ebay dropshipping youtuber for a account, very pathetic to scam someone close to suicidal then play games with him)

I would use the old PayPal, nothing to lose. Worse case just get a new ebay and paypal
