Jr VIP is needed however, there are rules in place before you can purchase the JR VIP. It's also $30 for a sales thread per year I believe.

If you wish to sell sooner, you can buy the marketplace seller upgrade I believe. Don't try to sell without the upgraded account because bans happen a lot here for breaking rules, it's well moderated.
