For the survey websites, my advice is to use residential IP's. It's very difficult to find good proxies for survey.

My idea is to run a server at home on the network as I mentioned, route the additional IP's to that machine, run likely Debian on the machine and potentially run Squid as the provider following a tutorial to route through multiple external IP's.
